When you click “Shutdown” on Windows 10 computer, you want it to shutdown. But the Fact is, it doesn’t actually shutdown. It goes into hibernation mode instead. The reason you ask? In simple terms, its so that it can boot up faster. If you really want to shutdown do to a problem we recommend your either restart (yes restart) which will actually shutdown the computer and power it back up. That is just one simple way and there are more options available.
