Q: How do I access my email while out of the office or on a different computer?
- Our dialup customers can access their email from any computer with internet access by going to http://www.mtsolutions.net/webmail.
- For our web hosting customers it will be your domain / webmail i.e.: http://www.mydomainname.com/webmail.
Q: What happens if someone sends me an email and I don't get it and they didn't get a bounce back email?
- It's possible for the email to have gotten caught up in our spam filters or antivirus filter. Call us at 508.324.9475 or email support@mtsolutions.net and we can assist you with this.
Q: When I login through Webmail I receive an Internal Server Error. How can I fix this?
- If you receive an Internal Server Error when logging in through Webmail, simply press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page and direct you to your inbox.
Q: Everyone in the office can receive new emails except for me. What is going on?
- The most likely cause of this problem is that your inbox on the server is full. You must uncheck Leave a Copy of Messages on Server by going to Tools and modifying your account settings in Outlook. Then you must click the Send/Receive button to retrieve all messages from the server.
- Another possible cause may be that your username and/or password may be incorrect in Outlook. Go to your account settings and make sure that the information is correct. If you are not sure that you have the correct username or password, give us a call and we will give you the correct username or reset your password.
Q: How can I upload my company website?
- You should use an FTP program such as cuteFTP to upload your webpages. You will want to set your default home directory in your FTP program to /web to avoid placing files in your personal username home directory instead of the root web folder.
Q: Why am I able to receive messages but can't send them?
- If you are a mtsolutions.net customer, your incoming mail server should be: pop.mtsolutions.net while your outgoing mail server should be smtp.mtsolutions.net.
- If you have your own domain name, your incoming and outgoing mail servers should be mail.yourdomain.com.
