What is Web Mail Access?

For customers with their own Domain Name Webmail access works like this. Go to your website address (http://www.mydomain.com/webmail) and type in / (slash) webmail, as in the example. Enter you email username and password. This will bring you to a first users menu for first time users. Save your settings and you’re on your way to checking your mail and replying to your messages from any internet connection available to you. All you need is internet access and you can send/receive your email messages securely from any computer.

How does Antivirus Protection work?
We currently use a mail scanner with an antivirus program which updates daily to scan all incoming and outgoing messages for viruses. This helps prevent viruses from being spread. If a virus is detected the sender of the email will be notified and the email will not be sent with the virus.

How can I upload my company website?
You should use an FTP program such as cuteFTP to upload your webpages. You will want to set your default home directory in your FTP program to /web. Otherwise you will place files in your personal username home directory instead of the root web folder.
